NBL players are front and centre, suiting up for a multitude of teams across the NBL1.

It's an NBL trio facing off between the Mackay Meteors and the Brisbane Capitals on Saturday night for the NBL North Grand Finals. 

Isaac White and the Meteors got a win over Jarred Bairstow and Southern Districts to proceed to the Final. White scored 32 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists, while Todd Blanchfield tallied 28 points, 13 rebounds and 3 assists. 

Illawarra forward Luca Yates added 18 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. 

For the Spartans, Bairstow contributed 16 points and 4 rebounds, while Bullets' big Tyrell Harrison scored 20 points, to go with 8 rebounds. 

Brisbane Capitals and Bullets pair Matthew Johns and Sam McDaniel starred for their side to knock out the Darwin Salties 103-76. Johns racked up 15 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists, while McDaniel tallied 18 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists. 

In an unfortunate loss for the Salties, Sydney Kings duo Kouat Noi (16pts, 5reb) and Makuach Maluach (18pts, 6reb) worked to narrow the margin as much as they could, with Illawarra's Wani Swaka Lo Buluk adding 7 point and 4 rebounds. 

Down South, the South East Melbourne Phoenix roster had a successful weekend. Owen Foxwell and Angus Glover's Eltham Wildcats are through to the Preliminary Final after a 91-82 win over the Mount Gambier Pioneers. 

Foxwell scored 35 points and 8 rebounds, while Glover tallied 22 points and 8 rebounds. On the opposing side, Nick Marshall hit a double-double of 35 points and 11 rebounds for the Pioneers, with his 36ers' teammate Akech Aliir contributing 12 points and 7 rebounds. 

Luke Rosendale's Ballarat Miners knocked out Mason Peatling's Dandenong Rangers, with Rosendale delivering 15 points and 11 rebounds, and Peatling scored 10 points and 7 rebounds. 

Jacob Rigoni and Ben Griscti have both led the Sturt Sabres to a win over the West Adelaide Bearcats in NBL1 Central. Rigoni scored 35 points and 6 rebounds, while Griscti produced 14 points and 12 rebounds. 

Akoldah Gak put up 15 points and 11 rebounds for the Bearcats, while Tasmania JackJumpers championship stars Anthony Drmic (22pts, 7reb) and Fabijan Krslovic both powered through their last game for West Adelaide. 

NBL1 East star Will Hickey scored 20 points and 6 rebounds for the Albury-Wodonga Bandits over the Centre of Excellence.
