This collection notice covers the National Basketball League Pty Ltd ABN 65 164 187 937 and Australia 3x3 Hustle Pty Ltd ABN 71 464 229 202 (3x3 Hustle) and its associates, related bodies corporate, related entities and subsidiaries (collectively, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ and ‘NBL’).
The NBL collects personal information about you for various reasons, including in order to process your registration and personalise your experience on NBL’s digital platforms (including NBL+, Bounce Pass, 3x3Hustle and the NBL and NBL1 mobile applications), register you for NBL events and activities, enter you into promotions and competitions, share with you marketing and promotional content from NBL, its related companies, sponsors and partners, and otherwise to carry out its functions and for purposes as set out in our Privacy Policy.
The information you provide will be collected by or on behalf of us and may be shared across the NBL and 3x3Hustle including its associates, related bodies corporate, related entities and subsidiaries, NBL Clubs and NBL1 Clubs, relevant sporting bodies including Basketball Australia and each state basketball association, government authorities where appropriate and NBL sponsors and partners (including but not limited to First Ever Pty Ltd and Dream Courts Pty Ltd), for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy. The information may also be shared with other third parties to help us deliver our products and services or as required by law.
