Former King reunites with Forde in Cairns

The Cairns Taipans have filled a void in their roster, with the signing of Deshon Taylor as an Injury Replacement for Pedro Bradshaw.

Taylor is no stranger to the NBL and Taipans head coach Adam Forde, with the pair having worked together at the Sydney Kings during the 2019/2020 Season, when Forde was an assistant at the club.

Taylor played 22 games in that season, averaging 6.6 points in a little over 14 minutes of action. 

After spending time in New Zealand, Finland, Hungary and Turkey, the 28-year-old makes his return to Australia and could debut as soon as Saturday night's game against the Brisbane Bullets.
