All-time attendance record set

The NBL has smashed its all-time attendance record in the 2024/25 Hungry Jack’s Season. 
 
With the deciding Game 5 of the Championship Series still to come, a total of 1,129,449 fans have attended games throughout the regular season and finals, which surpasses the previous record of 1,127,033, which stood for 31 years. Incredibly, the new record was set in 40 less games than the previous, highlighting the incredible demand for the NBL. 

There has been 54 sell-outs this season, after a sold-out John Cain Arena witnessed the Illawarra Hawks defeat Melbourne United 80-71 in Game 4 of the Championship Series on Wednesday night.

Sunday's Game 5 will decide the champion, with the Hawks hosting United at the WIN Entertainment Centre at 2:30pm AEDT, live on ESPN and Channel 10.

The 2025 Hungry Jack’s NBL Championship Series continues on Sunday when the Illawarra Hawks host Melbourne United in the decisive game five of the best-of-five series at the WIN Entertainment Centre at 2:30pm AEDT. The game will be broadcast live on ESPN and Channel 10.
