Shannon Scott is set to be sidelined until Round 8, further adding to the Bullets' woes.

The Brisbane Bullets have already dropped four games in a row, but things could be about to get harder for Justin Schueller's team, with star import Shannon Scott set to be sidelined until Round 8.

Scott sustained a hamstring injury in the Bullets' loss to the South East Melbourne Phoenix, further adding to the loss of Aron Baynes through suspension. Baynes is set to return in Round 6.

Brisbane expects Scott to be back for the home game against the Perth Wildcats on November 18.

Development player Matt Johns will replace Scott in the Bullets' lineup.

Brisbane currently sits in seventh place on the NBL standings, with two wins and four losses.

The Bullets take on Perth in enemy territory on Friday night, before hosting Tasmania on Sunday.
