Pinder Back from Injury

Cairns Taipans MVP candidate Keanu Pinder is set to return from an ankle injury on Friday night against the Tasmania JackJumpers.

Pinder sustained an ankle injury in round 12 during Melbourne’s open-air game and has been sidelined since.

The Taipans have won all six games without Pinder in the line-up.

The Australian forward has had a standout year, averaging 17.9 points, 9.9 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.4 steals per game.

The Taipans host the JackJumpers on Friday night at 7:30pm AEDT.
