NBLxNBL1 Player Watch (September 5)

With NBL1 conferences across the country, NBL players are front and centre suiting up for various teams, with all the action live and free to watch on the NBL1 App and NBL1.com.au.

Over the weekend, the Hobart/Mount Gambier Grand Final clash, in NBL1 South, had five NBL-rostered players in action, and there were some starring roles.

Tasmanian JackJumpers guard Sam McDaniel was the standout, claiming Grand Final MVP honours with Hobart, while Adelaide 36ers DP Nick Marshall was also a strong performer for the runners-up.

Devondrick Walker has had a huge season at the Rockingham Flames in the NBL1 West, and helped his team to become champions against Geraldton.

The regular-season NBL1 West MVP added another trophy to his shelf, with Grand Final MVP honours, just days before signing with the Brisbane Bullets. 

This weekend, the Coles Express NBL1 National Finals will see the champions from each of the five conferences, and the wildcard conference winners, face off on Friday and Saturday for a spot in the Championship Games on Sunday.
