Kings guard Jaylin Galloway had one of the best dunks this season with a poster over the Southern District Spartans. Galloway’s Mackay Meteors are one of the best teams in NBL1 North as they sit second on the ladder behind Tanner Krebs’ and Jason Cadee’s Gold Coast Rollers.

Mackay have a stacked roster as Jayin’s brother, Kyrin Galloway (Adelaide 36ers) and Kings guard Biwali Bayles make up one of the best trios in the league.
Jordan Hunter looks as ready for NBL23 as anyone. Averaging 24 points, 20.5 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 3.5 blocks for the North Gold Coast Seahawks over Round 11.

Illawarra Hawk Wani Swaka Lo Buluk was spectacular on Friday night, in between his games with the Boomers in Melbourne and now the FIBA Asia Cup. He suited up for USC, scoring 27 points on 7/9shooting from three. His teammate and Kings free agent signing Kouat Noi took care of business against the Brisbane Capitals.

After a fantastic start to the season with the Darwin Salties, Melbourne United recruit Makuach Maluach has not stopped the highlights this season. Tad Dufelmeier lobbed him up two of his 31 points on the weekend.

There was some Bullets on Bullets action as Brisbane’s newest development player and Northside Wizards star Lual Diing swatted Gold Coast’s Jason Cadee in the win over the top of the ladder Rollers.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">LUAL DIING SAYS ?<br><br>Watch <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/NBL1North?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#NBL1North</a> live and free on <a href="https://t.co/NEk1I7BLMG">https://t.co/NEk1I7BLMG</a><br> and the <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/NBL1?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#NBL1</a> App ??? <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/GetUpStandUpShowUp?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#GetUpStandUpShowUp</a> <a href="https://t.co/9G89yPKFmo">pic.twitter.com/9G89yPKFmo</a></p>— NBL1 (@NBL1) <a href="https://twitter.com/NBL1/status/1545709312781078529?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">July 9, 2022</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
The Rollers beat the Wizards without Keanu Pinder and Mitch McCarron, who are on Boomers duties, but Diing’s 26 points and 14 rebounds should be exciting Bullets fans.
Over in South Australia, the Forestville Eagles were missing Daniel Johnson who was winning gold in the FIBA 3x3 Asia Cup. Jack Purchase stepped up big time, scoring 31 points for the Eagles as they look to be the best team in the NBL1 Central conference.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Back-to-back oops from Jack Purchase ?<br><br>Watch <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/NBL1Central?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#NBL1Central</a> live and free on <a href="https://t.co/NEk1I7BLMG">https://t.co/NEk1I7BLMG</a> and the <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/NBL1?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#NBL1</a> App ???<a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/GetUpStandUpShowUp?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#GetUpStandUpShowUp</a> <a href="https://t.co/2w8rC8Oqgx">pic.twitter.com/2w8rC8Oqgx</a></p>— NBL1 (@NBL1) <a href="https://twitter.com/NBL1/status/1546050727763595265?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">July 10, 2022</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
In NBL1 South, Sandringham’s Shea Ili had a monstrous game against Mount Gambier. The Melbourne United star had 30 points against Adelaide 36ers development player Nick Marshall, who had 28 points and 13 rebounds in the loss.
