Melbourne United's Shea Ili is set to be sidelined for at least another week, as he continues to recover from concussion.

Ili missed the entirety of the Hungry Jack's NBL Blitz and the opening two rounds of NBL23, but United says he is "improving day-to-day".

United has missed the presence of the NBL's Best Sixth Man from last year, despite a 33-point game from Xavier Rathan-Mayes in their season-opener. 

Dean Vickerman's team lost by 20 points against the Sydney Kings on Sunday.
