Key Snakes set for Perth return

The Cairns Taipans will play with their full roster for the first time in NBL24 on Thursday night, with Bobi Klintman and Patrick Miller both returning to the active roster following hip and back injuries respectively. 

Next Star Klintman – who was recently ranked as the 20^th best prospect in the 2024 NBA Draft by The Athletic’s Sam Vecenie – missed the Round 7 win over Illawarra with hip soreness.

Miller suffered his back injury after a nasty fall against the Kings in Round 5, and while he was cleared of concussion he remained sidelined for two weeks with extensive bruising as per Adam Forde.

The Taipans currently sit sixth on the ladder with a 4-4 record, and will play Tasmania on Saturday following their Thursday night clash with Perth.
