Injury Update: Key Hawk out

Illawarra Hawks star Trey Kell III will miss Saturday night's game against the South East Melbourne Phoenix due to a back injury.

Kell III fell awkwardly driving to the basket during the second quarter of the Hawks' clash against Melbourne United on Thursday night, and didn't return to the court.

The club has confirmed he will miss the Phoenix game, but his longer term availability is still to be confirmed. 

South East Melbourne is already missing Derrick Walton Jr due to a hamstring injury.
