Injury Update: Key Bullets trio sidelined

Thursday, November 28, 2024

A trio of key outs has the Brisbane Bullets undermanned ahead of their clash against Perth on Friday night.

An injury storm has hit the Bullets as a handful of key players ruled out ahead of their clash against the Perth Wildcats on Friday night.

Jarred Bairstow continues to sit on the sidelines as he recovers from an ankle injury sustained in Round 8, joined by Josh Bannan (ankle), Tohi Smith-Milner (concussion) and Deng Adel (hand).

Adel is likely to miss six weeks, after breaking his hand in practice earlier this week. The 27-year-old forward will have surgery on Friday.

There is some good news for the Bullets though, who are set to regain Casey Prather from a hip complaint.

Tip-off between the Bullets and Wildcats is at 9:30pm AEDT on Friday night, live on ESPN.
